Health, wellness, and exercise sessions with Coach D! Weekly, 45 minute sessions to be conducted in conjunction with the 30 Day Health and Fitness Journaling. Private Sessions are available at our Bowie, Maryland location for individuals and small groups. 12-week minimum commitment .

E-Training with Coach D!

This e-training wellness program offers the same benefits as our Get F.i.T.T with Coach D! (1:1 Sessions) except, you can do it from the comfort of your own home. 12-week minimum -Mont


Get F.i.T.T Champions can purchase Personal Training sessions individually, or in blocks of five or ten sessions. Additionally, Champions can partner up and share personal training. No more than 4 people at once.

Corporate Wellness with Coach D!

Our Corporate Wellness Program helps you to create an on-site health and fitness workplace to improve employee health, reduce absenteeism and/ or even eliminate high medical costs, and increase employee morale. May include personal training, nutritional advice, as well as seminars on AED training, First Aid, CPR and other related topics. 12-week minimum

Senior F.i.T.Tness (5% discount 55+ years young):

Physical activity is important for older adults. Keep active and stay young at heart with senior group fitness classes. Improve muscle tone, strength, coordination and build cardio fitness in our senior workout programs. Senior exercise classes are fun for all levels and abilities

We agree with the experts, who recommend that older adults engage in:

  • Moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes five days a week.

  • Muscle-strengthening activities for two or more days a week that work all major muscle groups.

Get F.i.T.T  HIIT Bootcamp (Tabata / Cardio Circuit)

Four-week (8 session) our signature Get F.i.T.T HIIT Bootcamp will build endurance, strength and burn calories. Personalized attention from our high-energy certified Tabata instructor will take your workout to the next level. This bootcamp includes at-home workout plans, one-on-one personalized goals and tracking journals. Kettlebells, resistance bands, mat work and so much more!!

Core Strengthening Bootcamp (Ab / Asset Targeting)

Tone & Restore Your Core. Fine tune your body and mind with our certified fitness instructor. This four-week (8-session) bootcamp combines the best of our cardio-intense, booty tightening, core strengthening moves fused with the mindfulness benefits of meditation, stretching and breathing techniques.
